Master Plan for Cliffside, NCSUCCESS STORY: VanAmburg Group completed a comprehensive marketing feasibility study for the recreation of Cliffside, a textile mill town in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in southwest North Carolina. Working with the developers, architects Entasis Design, state and local officials, the resulting study provided a detailed analysis ranging from national and regional trends affecting population migration to broadband access, and recommendations from mixed use development to town incorporation and targeted marketing.

SUCCESS STORY: VanAmburg Group is one of the few firms whose statistical models are certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Education for enrollment projections for school districts as they look for state funding participation in facilities expansion. In support of architects, Roth Marz Partnership's design of expanded educational facilities, VanAmburg Group completed two sequential enrollment projects for Mars Area School District, which resulted in Department of Education approval.
